Informational Purposes
All information presented on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of services. Specific service agreements are governed by separate written contracts between QuantSult and the client.
Nature of Estimates
Estimates, quantity takeoffs, and pricing information prepared by QuantSult are based on the drawings, specifications, and other information you provide, together with stated assumptions, exclusions, and market data available at the time of preparation. They are tools for bidding and decision-making — not a guaranteed construction cost, not a formal bid on our behalf, and not a warranty that actual project costs, quantities, or outcomes will match the estimate. Clients remain responsible for verifying quantities, pricing, and scope against their own means and methods before relying on any figure.
Professional Licensing
Final engineering certification/sealing is provided by appropriately licensed professionals where required.
